using local fruit and real ingredients. Fancy Tarts take great pride in preparing treats that taste like memories.
As a little girl, Fancy Tarts Founder Shirley Lassaline, stole eggs from the hen house to add to her mud pies so they would "bake" to perfection in the sunlight.
As an adult, Shirley perfected her baking skills in the kitchen and after a rewarding teaching career fulfilled her dream of opening her own bake shop along with husband, Robert.
Shirley shared her love of baking with her two daughters, Co-owners Sara and Melissa.
